I have him in an IDP league and the Lions defense in another. For anyone following the injury news closely: is this a hold-and-wait situation, or should I be shopping for a replacement linebacker and streaming a different defense this week?

Campbell is a hold. Full lower-body movement after a neck scare is the best early sign you can get, and the Lions linebackers behind him are not startable in IDP. The defense is a different story: stream someone else this week until the injury report firms up, the matchup was already middling.
