SNL season 52 lost Fineman and Yang - is it still worth my streaming dollars?

Season 52 just started and the cast looks nothing like two years ago. Chloe Fineman is gone after seven seasons, Bowen Yang left in the middle of last season, Martin Herlihy is out too. The new featured players are Saidah Belo-Osagie and Grace Reiter - names I had to google. Dakota Johnson hosted the Oct 3 episode with Turnstile as musical guest, and Jalen Brunson did the premiere. I've got limited TV hours and I'm not paying for Peacock just out of habit. Is the new blood actually funny, or is this the season the show finally becomes background noise? Give it to me straight - keep or cancel?

Grace Reiter from The Chair Company

Okay I'm actually excited about one of the new people! Grace Reiter is the Wisconsin comedian from Tim Robinson's 'The Chair Company' - if you watched that show you know exactly the kind of weird-commitment energy she brings. Lorne doesn't hire from the Tim Robinson universe by accident; that's a stamp that says 'this person is funny in sketches, not just standup.' Give the new cast three episodes before you decide - the Fineman/Yang era had its own awkward first month too, and nobody remembers that now.
