Apple Watch Series 12 has a Readiness score now — time to ditch my Oura ring?

Okay so the new Apple Watch Series 12 apparently measures your heart rate every 5 seconds and HRV every 5 minutes, and gives you a daily Readiness score. Meanwhile I am paying Oura a monthly subscription for basically the same numbers from a ring. I have worn the ring for two years and I love how invisible it is, but the subscription bugs me and honestly I barely open the app. Has anyone gone from Oura to an Apple Watch for recovery and sleep tracking, or the other way around? Is the Watch data actually comparable?
