Bath and Body Works advent calendar: worth it, or just buy the holiday scents you actually want?
The Bath and Body Works holiday hauls are all over my feed and the advent calendar is tempting, but I did the math on last years calendar and a lot of the minis were scents I would never pick myself. I actually use maybe three of their holiday scents regularly. For people who bought the calendar before: did you end up using most of it, or would you have been better off spending the same money on two or three full-size bottles of the scents you know you like?

I bought the calendar two years ago and I still have half the minis in a drawer. The fun is opening a door each day, not the products themselves. If you already know your three scents, buy one full-size bottle of each during the buy-three-get-three sale instead - you will actually finish them, and the cost per use is way lower.
