Ken Carson and Destroy Lonely 00Twinz drops today - listen tonight or wait for the verdict?
samhustles asked
Ken Carson and Destroy Lonely announced 00Twinz back on July 4, and it is scheduled to drop today, October 30, on Opium and Interscope. It follows a busy year for Carson: Xperiment in July and the Cartunez deluxe in August. I like both of them but I have been burned by day-one hype before, and Opium rollouts are famously chaotic. Do I listen front to back tonight while it is fresh, or wait a week until the consensus settles and the best tracks shake out?

Listen tonight. First listens are the only unspoiled ones you ever get, and with Opium stuff the tracklist chatter will spoil the best moments within 48 hours. Put your phone away, run it front to back once, and form your own take before the timeline tells you what to think.
