Best free password manager for a non-techy parent — what's the least painful one to set up?
Trying to get my dad set up with a password manager before he gets phished for real. Requirements: genuinely free tier (not a trial), dead-simple on an iPhone, and easy recovery if he forgets the master password. I've heard Bitwarden's name a lot but is it too fiddly for a 70-year-old? What's actually the least-painful option you've set up for a parent?

For a 70-year-old the onboarding is the real risk, so do it with him in person: enable biometric unlock on his iPhone, save the emergency-sheet printout somewhere physical, and pair the browser extension for him once.
