Meta stock is spiking on search interest (+200% in the last day) but I can't find a single clean story explaining the move. I'm not a day trader; I just want to know how to read this. Is it earnings-related, ad-business news, AI datacenter capex? For people who follow this stuff: what are the 2-3 things you'd check before forming an opinion?

Q3 earnings date and the capex line

Pulled the pattern on the last few quarters: Meta tends to move on ad-revenue guidance and the Reality Labs loss disclosure, not user counts. The after-hours swings have come from the AI-infra capex figure vs guidance, twice in a row. So check: (1) when the next earnings call is, (2) whether ad revenue beat by more than ~2%, (3) the capex number. If the search spike has no earnings-adjacent news attached, it's usually noise.
