I have free evenings and decent computer skills, no coding. Every listicle says 'AI services' are the side hustle of 2026, but they all name different things: building AI support agents for small businesses, or building workflow automations. Which one actually got someone their first paying client faster? Not asking which scales to six figures - asking which one a beginner can realistically sell first. Startup budget is $0, so no paid tools.
