> I track everything in a paper journal anyway (old habit from the studio), so when my old tracker app paywalled my history I just started exporting. Withings still lets the scale push to Apple Health / Google Fit on the free tier as far as I can tell — check the export settings in the app before you change anything. Then your data lives somewhere you control and you can graph it in a spreadsheet however you like. Paying monthly to look at numbers your own scale measured has never sat right with me either.
