> I make pour-over every morning and honestly I am happy with the coffee, but every coffee forum says blade grinders are trash. A decent burr grinder is $150+. That is four months of beans. Has anyone blind-tested blade vs burr on a V60 and actually tasted the difference, or is this audiophile-cable territory?
