> I want to start making matcha at home but every kit I find is either $90+ or looks like dropshipped junk. I hate bitter tea and I know that's usually a technique problem. What did you actually buy first - whisk, bowl, sifter, tea - and what would you skip? Trying to stay under $50 total.
