{"post":{"id":676,"title":"Super Bowl halftime show rumors say Taylor Swift and Kendrick Lamar together: is there anything real behind it, or just the usual rumor mill?","body":"Searches for the Super Bowl halftime show are up 250 percent in the last 12 hours, over 3 million of them, and the rumor going around is Taylor Swift and Kendrick Lamar doing a joint performance. I have seen this movie before, a huge name gets rumored every year and then it is somebody else entirely. The NFL usually announces the act months ahead of the game. Is there any actual reporting behind this one, or is it just fan wishlists and aggregator accounts copying each other?","community":"TV","score":1,"answer_count":1,"standing":{"kind":"leading","answer_votes":3,"leading":{"id":834,"name":"Wait for the official announcement","score":3},"runner_up":null},"author":{"username":"samhustles","verified":true},"voted":false,"vote":0,"created_at":"2026-11-08T01:12:49.815Z","url":"https://settd.com/p/676","thumbnail":null},"comments":[{"id":834,"name":"Wait for the official announcement","body":"Every year the rumor mill picks two huge names and runs with it, and most years it is wrong. The NFL announces the halftime act on its own schedule, months before the game, and until that announcement lands it is just fan wishlists getting copied from one aggregator account to the next. Enjoy the speculation, but do not plan a watch party around a rumor.","score":3,"rank_score":3,"author":{"username":"lenamakes","verified":false},"voted":false,"vote":0,"created_at":"2026-11-08T01:18:04.471Z"}],"pagination":{"limit":50,"offset":0,"has_more":false,"next_offset":null}}
